***, the owner of this business, is absolutely the easiest builder I've ever worked with. His team, ***** and ****, are great and they do exceptional work! I would highly recommend TFL Development!They added a 3rd car garage to my home and oversaw the installation of a new roof. The roofer was a real problem, but *** was able to make everything right with that as well.

TFL Development installed two hurricane doors. They were on time and I particularly appreciated how careful they were to keep dust and dirt from spreading. The building inspector commented that the installation was above and beyond requirements. I highly recommend them.

TFL Development has done excellent workmanship on trim throughout my home. Additionally doing a remodel of a room paying attention to my ideas and had given his ideas. Tom is very detail oriented. Tom & his team did a complete remodel of my home after Hurricane Ian. The world is fantastic but his after care is even better. We have used TFL extensively in renovations in our home. From major construction that included taking down walls putting new walls up and moving plumbing to installing new exterior impact resistant doors TFL has provided professional quality work and is awesome to deal with. The best thing about TFL is that when they say they are showing up they show up. Job site was always clean and tidy at the end of the day I would recommend Tom and his crew without hesitation
